He was able to walk me through the process of buying a house, advise me on how to weigh discoveries that occurred during due diligence, and provide me with all the information I needed when it came time to make big, expensive, final decisions. Darson even came out to show the listing that I ultimately purchased on the same day one of his children had been born (which also happened to be on my birthday) to ensure I had a chance to submit an offer, because he knew my goals and recognized the property's potential to meet those goals.
