I had an all around excellent experience working with Darson and his team, especially as a new investor buying my property. Being both an agent and a real estate investor himself, Darson was able to apply his knowledge of the various REI strategies to specifically identify listings with the greatest potential to suit my goals. He was able to walk me through the process of buying a house, advise me on how to weigh discoveries that occurred during due diligence, and provide me with all the information I needed when it came time to make big, expensive, final decisions. Darson even came out to show the listing that I ultimately purchased on the same day one of his children had been born (which also happened to be on my birthday) to ensure I had a chance to submit an offer, because he knew my goals and recognized the property's potential to meet those goals. Now, even a year after closing, Darson continues to be a valuable resource by providing me with recommendations for reliable contractors as needs arise, as well as by responding to more general REI related questions. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend Darson to anybody in need of an investor-friendly agent.
