Let me paint this picture for you, anyone who sold a house in the last 3 years would have made MORE money if they would have NOT sold.


In reverse, that means, anyone who bought a house in the last 3 years has made MORE money on that house than the seller made by selling.


Yes, I get paid based on the number of units I sell combined with the volume of those units.  Which directly paints the picture that I just want people to be buying and selling without any other motive.
